* Goods will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment from Pay Pal or receipt of Direct Debit payments to Ethos account.
* All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
* All prices exclude postage (see Delivery for more details)
* ETHOS will not accept returns, but will exchange goods (see below for more details).
* We guarantee your security and privacy when shopping on our website.
* Every endeavour is made to ensure all goods featured on our website are available at all times. However, as these products are made in small workshops under Fair Trade conditions, there are occasional supply problems. ETHOS makes every effort to update availability on the website on a weekly basis to avoid any disappointment. However, we will contact you immediately if any item that you order is unavailable and discuss the options available to you.
* The colours of each product may vary between computer monitors. We have made every effort to ensure the colours are accurate, however differences may occur, depending on your monitor settings.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Payment method is as follows:
1. Pay quickly with PayPal if you have a PayPal account
2. Orders can be placed by phone, payment to be made either via credit card or direct debit.
Postage costs anywhere in Australia will incur a postage and handling fee of $7.50 for orders up to $50, $12.50 for orders between $50 and $100, and $16 for orders over $100.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 2-5 business days depending on product availability. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Please contact us if your order is urgent (for example a gift) and we will endeavour to deliver according to your needs.
Overseas orders will incur a postage and handling fee of AUD$25
Be assured that we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order.
Exchange of Goods
ETHOS will not accept return of products. However, we will exchange goods within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. The goods to be exchanged must be in resaleable condition. For your protection, you may wish to send your product for exchange via insured parcel post. Please send all products for exchange to:

ETHOS cannot pay for return postage charges unless we have made a postage error. We will make every effort to process exchanged items within 2-5 business days.
We guarantee products purchased from ETHOS will reach you in good condition. If it doesn’t or if you are not completely satisfied with the item/s for some other reason, please return it to us (within 14 days of receipt) and we will replace the product. Postage expenses are not subject to refund unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
